My name is Gail McIntyre; the artist behind SPECIAL DELIVERYS and creating dolls since 1994. In the SPECIAL DELIVERYS nursery babies go through a remarkable transformation to become an heirloom quality "fine art" reborn. Babies are being meticulously rebirthed and attention is paid to the tiniest of details. Nothing is overlooked! I am quite proud of my recognition received from NJ doll shows.  I am equally proud to have had my baby displayed at the UFDC "A Secret Garden of Dreams" Region 1 Conference held in Eugene, Oregon.
 

As an artist, early childhood teacher and mother of two daughters ~ my passion is and always will be children! My variety of art education and experiences include sculpting, repairing & painting ''one of a kind'' highly collectible dolls. I enjoy forums such as ARF, Doll Forum, Reborn Artist Guild, and G.R.A.C.E. where reborning enthusiasts can socialize and promote the art of reborning and are as PASSIONATE about this art form as I am!
 

Each reborn artist has her own individual technique, which allow our babies to look different. For me, I strive for creative and unique appearances for each of the babies! When you receive your reborn from SPECIAL DELIVERYS...
I want you to actually believe your baby might be breathing! I lovingly approach the reborn process of enhancing each doll into a ''REAL LIFE BABY'' and as you can see I patiently take my time.
 

I have implemented methods and techniques that create "life-like" realism and separate the average reborn methods from those that offer reborns of discriminate beauty and realism.



 

I stand behind my babies 100%. If you feel I have misrepresented the baby in any way please notify me the day she/he is received. Your baby should be shipped back within 24 hours and must be returned to the nursery in the same condition as she left the nursery.  Please use insurance and a tracking number when shipping her back. Upon return of the baby, I will refund the purchase price completely. Because I love what I do and spend so much time on each of the babies, it is important to me that all the reborns bring pleasure to their new moms!
